We implement the platform and configure it completely for you, helping your company work faster, more efficiently, and more accurately, with or without the support of watsonx.ai. This allows the company to respond faster and better to changes in the market.

We can also provide maintenance and management of the IBM FileNet P8 platform (also known as IBM Content Services). Completely customized, or according to one of our standard SLA agreements. In addition to answering user questions and resolving incidents, adaptive application management is also an important component of our service provision on the IBM DBA platform. With our technical knowledge of IBM FileNet and Datacap, we are the market leader in the Netherlands and Belgium. We distinguish ourselves through specific knowledge of IBM FileNet integration, management, and custom development for, among other things, migration processes from older versions (Image Server, Panagon) to FileNet P8, or from BPF to Advanced Case Manager. Many organizations are, as we speak, migrating from Case Manager to Business Automation Workflow (BAW), because Case Manager is no longer supported. We were the first in the Netherlands to perform such a migration.

Installations

As a certified business partner of IBM FileNet, we do IBM FileNet P8 installations and configuration. We are recognized and known by IBM FileNet customers as the reliable partner when it comes to this installation, also when it comes to very complex (cloud) environments. Recently, we also do Red Hat Openshift® installations for a containerized IBM Automation environment.

Integrations

We develop specific IBM FileNet components and integrations for upgrade and migration processes. We often do this on IBM BAW or FileNet P8 environments such as IBM Content Services, and nowadays Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BAU).

To quickly offer current ECM applications integrated from one user interface, we use IBM Content Navigator. For both Navigator and Case Manager/BAW we have built a number of widgets to offer users more possibilities for, for example, entering data and integrations with databases.

In addition to widgets, we also integrate IBM FileNet with any environment via API (Restful, SOAP) or any other desired integration protocol. If desired, with an integration platform such as IBM webMethods. Our team of specialists is ready for you.

Upgrades

In recent years we have carried out many upgrade trajectories and migrations for IBM FileNet P8. This to the full satisfaction of large organizations such as ministries, executive organizations, banks, insurers and industry.

For all customers who use IBM support, we perform these upgrades regularly, to keep the environments on the latest version. This prevents major costs if a newer version is required in the future due to external circumstances, and also keeps everything on the latest security status.

Upgrades from very old versions require a specialist approach and usually a data migration. We are regularly asked to migrate documents to a FileNet P8 / IBM Content Services environment. We have developed a number of tools for this purpose to realize the migration in an effective and efficient manner. For you, this means a fast migration process, with the least possible risk of disruptions to the ongoing process and loss of data.

We can perform large migrations where information can also be automatically derived from the content (with Watsonx.AI) and passed on as meta-data to the document in the new environment. With this modern enrichment of the migration data

Our migration tools are suitable for many types of document migrations. These tools cover 4 phases:

Inventory and analysis
Read from the source system
Processing / enriching (possibly with AI)
Writing in the target system

Read and write adapters are available for Tridion, File Systems, various databases, FileNet Content Services, FileNet Image Services, and FileNet P8.

We develop customer-specific adapters easily and quickly within our migration framework. These are also available for OpenText Documentum, among others.

And if necessary, we also migrate data from FileNet to other systems.
