This bot is built with AI-Agents that interact with your ticketing system, such as TopDesk, so that all requests are logged, and also importantly, all solutions are saved for future answering. In this way, AskIT learns from previous incidents or questions.

 

This works great for both your internal and external helpdesk. You can choose to have the chatbot support your helpdesk employees. Or have it communicate with employees and/or customers completely independently, with an employee watching and supervising.
