Document Processing

Certain information, such as date and sender, is read from documents. Based on these characteristics and variables, the correct process is started and the information ends up at the correct department. The characteristics are provided as meta-data. Available as On-Prem application Datacap or as SAAS with Automation Document Processing or NOVACAP.AI

Content Services (ECM)

This module, the former FileNet P8 together with Records Management, is intended to store and manage content and to ensure that this content can be used quickly and efficiently in every process. All content is now visible to the right people at the right time in the process. And every document can now be found quickly in the correct version. Documents that no longer need to be stored or may not be stored (GDPR!) can be automatically prepared for destruction. Deletion can be initiated by approval of the right person. Of course, security (Role Based) can be arranged at every level. Content Services, if properly installed and configured, withstands every pen test.

Workflow Automation
