Connection with IBM Business Automation and digital signature.
Would you also like to be able to place an electronic signature from your IBM application (case manager, FileNet, BAW, Datacap)? In collaboration with various providers, Novadoc has created a link with their environment. This is available as a standard product and with it you can integrate electronic signing into your digital processes at lightning speed.
How does that work?
The link was developed in collaboration with one of our customers and eSignature providers. This resulted in a link that can be used from IBM Case Manager, for example.
This way, employees can sign or have a piece signed in a workflow in Case Manager, fully automated via Connective, ValidSign or DocuSign. In practice, we see that digital signing is not only very easy, it is also independent of time and place. Digital signing can be done anywhere where work is done, even at home on the couch (e.g. job applicants) or in the backseat of a car.
And then it turns out that the lead time for a signature is often shortened by days!
The benefits
The eSignature functionality can be called as a component from within your own application. For example as a right-click command, or via a button in the user interface. Quickly implemented and intuitive for your users.
You save development time so that your employees can quickly get started with this functionality that is very current. They do not have to print and scan, only to sign. You can also quickly ask external parties to sign your contract. Without having to start a separate environment, but simply from your workflow or case management application.
